No person may not perform body piercing on a minor without the written *Notarized* consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian, and an establishment may not perform body piercing on a minor under the age of 16 unless the minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as specified in section 381.0075, Florida Statutes.
A person may not perform tattooing on a minor under the age of 16 in the state of Florida. However a minor 16 or older can receive a tattoo with the written *Notarized* consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian, and an establishment may not perform any form of body art on a minor under the age of 18 unless the minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
When arriving at the studio please be aware the an adult over the age of 18 must stay with minor until procedure is over.
Don't forget photo I.D. of minor & the legal garden who appears on the notary
